o Looking after the overall function of Core Sales, Marketing, Brand and Customer Service
Responsibilities
· To provide strategic direction to Sales, Core Marketing, Branding and Customer Service team.
· Reengineering the process flow of all departments to make the organization fast and flat.
· Ensure Flawless execution.
· Create a work environment that is challenging, satisfying, and fun.
· Develop human resource through top-of-the-line training and educational programs.
· Develop strategic marketing programs to grow the business and implement marketing mix strategy.
· Ensure programs that will delight customers and improve loyalty.
Jobs Specifications
Education:
Masters degree. Preferably an MBA with major in marketing from a top institution.
Experience:
About 15 years.
Extra requirements:
· The incumbent should have a proven track record of success in reputed organizations with a corporate structure.
· He/she should have strong hands on experience in marketing and media communication, brand building, event management etc.
· The incumbent should be innovative, hard working and result oriented with strong independent decision making ability.
· Experience with good companies in the Real Estate Sector in necessary.
