Campus Recruitment

Picture
Many companies do not have the time neither have contacts to do campus hiring. We have put in a specialized team to undertake campus recruitment.
This involves:
 Promotion of the Company’s Brand
 Administration of Tests
 Preliminary Rounds of Short Listing
 Support in Interview Process
 Offer Negotiations
Closure and Joining
There are three types of interview.
• Preselect:
Employers will choose qualified candidates for interviews based upon submitted resumes. If you are preselected, you can sign up for an interview slot during the Preselect Sign-up period.
• Resume Drop: Online resume collection. Companies will not interview on campus. If they are interested, they will contact you directly for an in-house or phone interview.
• Open: Students who meet all of the required qualifications set by the employer can automatically sign up for an interview time slot.

Negotiating a Job Offer

Picture
Be sure to research the going rate for the job offer you have received and try to have your salary offer match or beat the going rate. Career advisors at the citi HRiS can help you answer some of the confusing questions you may have about salary negotiations. The internet is a great resource for finding what you are worth.
Avoid making these mistakes:
1. Don’t be overly aggressive.
2. Don’t be concerned with what others will think if you do negotiate.
3. Don’t be too concerned about losing an offer if you negotiate.
4. Don’t accept on the spot.
5. Don’t begin negotiating before an offer has been made.
6. Don’t negotiate unless you are seriously considering accepting the offer.
