Mr Mukherjee who is the founder of our company has a vast experience in Industrial Relations & Human Resource. Being a MBA he carries with him vast experience in Marketing and Human Resource. Head of Retail and CARE for citi HRiS, with his abilities citi HRiS is tied up with most Financial Institutions, IT Companies, Pharma and Telecom Domain, Power Sectors and Retail & Infrastructure Industries.
He began his career with the Usha Martin Telekom Limited in Kolkata where he spent three years in sales and marketing and then two years with Citibank’s businesses in business, sales and credit. He joined BPO as Quality Analyst and went on to become HR. He joined MNC Bank in Kolkata as RHR and then shifted to take care of the vast requirement of Talent Sourcing Industry Founding citi HRiS. Using his talent he has taken citi HRiS to heights which was not ever thought possible in the placement industry.
He states 'Most people who become recruiters do not last. There are many reasons for that. Poor hiring decisions and inadequate training being high on the list. But there is another key reason why so few people actually last in the hurly-burly world of agency recruiting. It’s a terribly hard job!
Mr Mukherjee, is currently Heading the Statutory Compliance Group which is the parent company of citi HRiS and has focused mainly on Employee Benefits like PF, ESIC and Contract Labour Act.
